Hayden and I had met a couple of times on the beach for a beer, but our first real date was a drive up the coast to spend the day in Big Sur. It was a beautiful drive… sharing stories, listening to music, and learning more about each other. Hayden surfed while I searched for cool rocks and shells, we drank a few Space Dusts, and played cards. Then we just never stopped hanging out :)
